Welcome to Pole Des Moines! Whether you have your own pole or need to rent one, we offer private, in-home lessons tailored to your skill level—from beginners to advanced dancers. With our experienced instructor, who has a decade of pole dancing experience and three years of professional teaching, we create personalized lessons to meet your specific needs. Our base class accommodates one additional adult, with the option to add up to three more friends for a fun group experience. Plus, if you need a stage pole for your lesson we have rental options available!
​During your booking process, you will begin to select what pole type you are needing, how many additional students will be attending, and how long of the class duration will be. You will be asked to provide a photo of your home pole, as well as sign Host's Release of Liability waivers. All extra attendees must sign an Additional Student Waiver A card will be saved on file (and will NOT be charged for your total, this is to just hold your booking and for any fees that incur). Once your booking is accepted, you will be sent an invoice Via Email.

Price is subject to change depending on the location of the Home Studio, $1 per mile (outside of the Des Moines area) will be listed onto the invoice sent. ​

Invoice must be paid within 24 hours of your booked time, or a cancellation fee of 15% of your total order will be charged to the card on file.

To begin your pole session, please expect instructor arrival 30 minutes early to allow time for setup, as an additional 20-30 minutes is required for take down and loading the pole. The instructor will communicate with you via Text Message to give you an ETA. Once the pole is set up, your instructor will guide you through a warm-up and discuss your goals for the session before diving into the pole work. For everyone's comfort and safety, please note that no non-attending adults, children, or loose animals are permitted in the room during the session, thank you!
Please ensure that all home poles are securely installed and used only with the approval of your instructor. Instructor is not to install, alter or dismantle any home poles.
For rental poles, please note that the ceiling height must be a minimum of 10' 5" for proper installation. Your safety and enjoyment are our top priorities!
