Service Description
No matter what level you are, our instructor can help guide you through your pole journey with personalized time and attention, in the comfort of your own home. You provide the space and the commitment to yourself, we just show up. Perfect for beginners, or someone just wanting to try something fun and exciting. This is all about you and your goals. Up to 2 adults are allowed per class session, all adults must sign a waiver to receive instruction and or use provided equipment. Additional students (18+) may be added with a small fee during booking. (up to 4 additional adults) Kids from 14+ can receive instruction, as long as a parent or guardian is present and has also signed the waiver. Only one minor and parent guardian may book. Parent or guardian for those under 18 must be present at all times during the session. Pole is either provided by you, or a temporary pole can be provided by PDSM with an extra fee and a 15 min setup and 15 min take down time. All kids, animals and other adults (unless taking the class) must be out of the room in the duration of the time for safety and comfort of the instructor. Only students and instructor are permitted to be on the pole provided by Pole Des Moines. Home poles- all poles provided by the student will be assessed by PDSM instructor for proper installation for safety before each session. If personal pole is not installed properly, a reschedule is in order until proper installation. Pole Provided by PDSM- A minimum of 10.5' ceiling height and level ground is required to set up the stage provided by PDSM. Host may be asked to measure the ceiling for 100% certainty on ceiling height. No refunds or reschedules for improper ceiling measurements. Each instructor has a max amount of miles they are willing to drive, the invoice sent to you after your booking registration may reflect the miles driven outside of that radius. (Normally outside of the Des Moines area). Please note the total estimated cost only reflects the kind of pole, and the number of participants, not the miles driven. Cancellation Policy
This is not an invoice, an invoice will be sent to you once your booking is confirmed. The card entered during booking will NOT be charged on your invoice, that is a separate payment that must be made. The card entered during booking is saved for use of any cancelation fees, damages, and to save your booking spot. A 15% fee of your total order may be charged to the card used on file as a cancelation fee. Cancelations must happen within 72 hours of your scheduled time or there will be a 15% of your total order charged to the card. You may reschedule your class up to 24 hours leading to the scheduled class with no fee. The Invoice must be paid within 24 hours of your scheduled booking or there may be a 15% of your estimated order total charged to the card on file. All fees, such as cancelations or damage fees will be charged to the card you entered on file. Note this card was not charged in payment for your class, a separate invoice reflecting any mileage costs will be sent to you promptly once your booking is accepted.
